Assembly of the speed racer Preparing the rotor
In preparation for the construction of the rotor, assemble the items shown on the right from your kit.
The use of an iron core can increase the strength of the magnetic field produced by electric currents flowing through the insulated wire wrapped around the core.
Keep the core plates tied together and align them as shown on the right.
Using the double sided tape secure them in place before removing the tie.
Insert the axle and place the rotor end plates on either end. Click to see how they align.
